By using Remixly you agree to these terms.

What the service does

Remixly takes a public Instagram link you provide, generates a written draft using automated transcription and language models, and returns it to your device. It does not publish anything. You decide what, if anything, to post.

Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for anything you publish, including compliance with X's rules and with copyright and other laws. Drafts are derived from content created by other people; credit them where appropriate and do not present their work as your own.
• Only submit links to content you have the right to use in this way.
• Keep your key private. Anyone with it can use your draft allowance.

Accuracy

Drafts are machine-generated and can be wrong, incomplete, or misattributed. Read every draft before posting.

Billing

Free accounts get a small number of drafts. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled from the dashboard. Unused drafts do not roll over. Refunds are at our discretion.

Availability

The service depends on third parties (Instagram content availability, AI providers). We do not guarantee uptime or that any particular link can be processed.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including anything you choose to publish.
